A hiker found a body near a neighborhood trail in Summit County over the weekend, according to local law enforcement.
The local hiker was on a trail near the Summit Cove neighborhood on April 27 when the hiker found the body in a field west of the subdivision at about 7:20 p.m.
The body was described as an adult Hispanic male and has since been identified, though that identity was not included in the press release on the incident.
At the time of the discovery, the Summit County Sheriff's Office indicated that there were no signs of foul play or a concern for public safety.
The cause of death of the deceased has not been released at this time.
