- COS native and US Army officer stationed at PAFB. Proud member of the BRC HART Team. Ran the 2010 Canadian Army half-marathon in Ottawa and the US Army Ten-Miler in DC. Already signed up for the 2011 Canadian Army half and the 2011 ATM. I'm a Jack Quinn's runner as well and really enjoy seeing everyone out there. I'm running the COS Grand Prix long series this year. My profile picture is on top of Donnelly Dome, Alaska around midnight of the 2008 Summer Solstice!

ATTENTION JQRC runners: FIELD TRIP March 26th!! We’re headed to FitBody Studio for a field trip!! We will start our 5K run at FitBody Studio (located at 2402 North Nevada Avenue). Sign-in will start at 5PM, we’ll have food, music (the band Tribe), a fit contest, yoga, and O’Dell BEER!!!
